Phase 1: Current State Review and Assessment
- Collect comprehensive information and assess the organization’s existing human resource management system, with particular focus on the current compensation and benefits framework
Phase 2: Training and Implementation of Job Value Evaluation Methodology
- Conduct training on internationally recognized job value evaluation methodologies (International Position Evaluation), widely applied in Vietnam and globally
- Perform job value evaluations for key positions
- Establish position grades/classes (Position Class) for the remaining roles within the organization
Phase 3: Data Analysis and Market Benchmarking
- Collect and analyze current compensation and total rewards data
- Advise on the selection of appropriate benchmark market groups
- Benchmark the organization’s current salary levels against target markets using large-scale, up-to-date compensation databases
Phase 4: Compensation Structure Design
- Align and confirm the compensation philosophy and pay strategy
- Develop a new internal evaluation framework and salary structure
- Provide overarching guidelines for the effective implementation and administration of the new compensation structure
Phase 5: Salary Increase Matrix Design
- Design a salary adjustment matrix to enable effective, transparent allocation of the salary increase budget, aligned with performance outcomes
