As a Sales Consultant at VietnamWorks, you will:

• Conduct proactive outbound calls to corporate clients, understand their hiring needs, and propose suitable recruitment solutions.

• Drive sales performance based on the company-provided potential client database.

• Meet assigned KPIs in terms of call volume, call quality, and sales targets across different periods (daily, weekly, quarterly, yearly).

• Support the team in achieving overall business objectives.

Job Requirements

If you:

• Have at least 6 months of experience in sales and are passionate about this career path;

• Are confident in your communication skills;

• Are quick and adaptable in handling sales situations;

• Can work under pressure, are eager to learn, and have strong teamwork spirit;
