Job Description
1. SmartCity Project Management & Coordination Support (20%)

2. Technical Evaluation & System Implementation Support (50%)

Design Review: Participate in reviewing and providing input on ME design, BoQ, and IoT/SmartCity equipment specifications.

System Coordination & Deployment:

Support IP architecture and network infrastructure planning.

Monitor handover and setup of technical infrastructure.

Supervise system and device installation and configuration.

Coordinate system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Job Requirements
1. Mandatory Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technology system implementation, preferably in Parking, CCTV, Smart Home, IoT, SmartCity, or Infrastructure projects.

Experience participating in projects with budgets ranging from VND 2–20 billion as a coordinator or specialist.

Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Trello, and other project management tools.

Experience in project coordination from planning to implementation.
-
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
2. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Smart Building, Smart City, or IoT ecosystem projects.

PMP/CAPM certification or equivalent project management knowledge.

Understanding of network infrastructure, IP planning, and system integration.

Experience working with ME contractors and system integrators.

Experience in vendor coordination and procurement support.

Knowledge and experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
