Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with clients/businesses through networking events, internal seminars, and other engagement activities.

Collaborate closely with management levels to maintain an effective business pipeline.

Advise on and implement appropriate recruitment solutions while managing candidate databases.

Understand specific hiring needs for each position to propose effective recruitment strategies.

Source, approach, and introduce suitable opportunities to candidates.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from interview to offer stage and post-placement follow-up.

Negotiate salary packages and align terms between clients and candidates.

Support candidates with CV consultation, interview preparation, and career orientation.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields.
Experience: Minimum of 3 consecutive years of experience in HR services/recruitment or sales/business development, with proven achievements.
